Our Story

Started with a single question: why is this so hard?

The need for an expert is rarely casual. A litigator preparing for trial, an insurance carrier evaluating a complex claim, a family in the middle of a custody matter, a parent investing in their child's college future — every one of these requests carries weight, deadlines, and real consequences if the wrong specialist gets selected.

Yet the tools available are still mostly directories. Listings without verification, conflicts uncovered too late, fee schedules that surface after retention, and no one accountable when the engagement goes sideways.

XpertsPortal was built to close that gap. We operate as a managed matching service — vetting credentials upfront, clearing conflicts before introductions, sharing transparent fee schedules, and staying involved through delivery. Every expert is verified before they appear on a shortlist. Academic credentials, professional licensure, institutional affiliation, and prior testimony or evaluation history are all reviewed. If we cannot verify it, the expert does not enter the network.

Conflict Clearance, Not Disclaimers

Conflicts are cleared against the parties you name — counterparties, related entities, opposing counsel — before any introduction. We do not push the responsibility onto you with disclaimers. If a conflict exists, you find out from us, not at deposition.

Pricing Without Surprises

Starting fees are published. Full fee schedules are shared upfront, before engagement letters are signed. If scope changes mid-engagement, the pricing impact is communicated immediately. Hidden costs erode trust — we don't trade trust for margin.
